our blessings. What gratitudes or traditions do you have to share?"
For as long as I can remember, Thanksgiving has
been my favorite. I love the family
dinners. I love greeting everyone at my
parent's door with "Happy Thanksgiving!" (And I love the smiles that
come from those greetings.) I love
hearing people talk about their plans for the holiday weekend, where they will
travel, what they will have, how much they are looking forward to it. I love the 3+ hour trip home in which I will
consider the things I am grateful for.
The food is pretty good, too. All in all, it's a pretty stellar
holiday. I'm thankful for it. :)
